- 1 lb penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the cream cheese, ranch dressing, and heavy cream. Stir until smooth and heated through.
- Add the shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Add the cooked pasta and mix well to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions. Cook until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
- Serve the crack chicken penne in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley and extra green onions if desired.
