- 1 package of frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the thawed bread dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about 12 inches long and 6 inches wide.
- Spread softened butter evenly over the dough, leaving a small border on the edges.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle the mixture over the buttered dough.
- Optionally, sprinkle the chopped pecans or walnuts on top.
- Carefully roll the dough into a log, starting from one long edge. Pinch the seams to seal.
