- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the cubed chicken, season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and milk, stirring constantly. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and gradually add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta and chicken back to the skillet, tossing everything to coat evenly in the cheesy sauce.
- Sprinkle red pepper flakes for a little heat (optional).
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
