- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise to create thin cutlets. In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. In another bowl, whisk the egg with milk.
- Coat and Cook: Dip each chicken cutlet into the egg mixture, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the Pasta: Boil fettuccine in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup of pasta water.
- Make the Alfredo Sauce: In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add some reserved pasta water.
