Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet, forming clusters.
- Sprinkle granola and mini chocolate chips over the top of each cluster.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the clusters are firm.
