- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup cooked turkey ham or chicken ham (halal alternative)
- ½ cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
- Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza peel lined with parchment paper.
- Add Sauce & Cheese: Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
- Top It Off: Evenly distribute the turkey ham (or chicken ham) and pineapple chunks over the cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
- Bake to Perfection: Transfer the pizza to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
