- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Italian dressing (preferably zesty or homemade)
- Juice of 1 Cara Cara orange
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl or resealable bag, combine Italian dressing, Cara Cara orange juice, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the chicken breasts and make sure they are fully coated in the marinade. Cover or seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for more flavor).
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- Place the marinated chicken breasts into the baking dish. Pour a bit of the leftover marinade over the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs and an extra splash of Cara Cara juice if desired.
